Si sos surfista, te gusta viajar o trabajás por tu cuenta como emprendedor/a (y manejás tus horarios), sabés que para tener esa libertad, ¡tenés que ponerte las pilas!

Este Challenge es el empujón que necesitás para:

  • Generar el hábito de mover el cuerpo todos los días y desarrollar disciplina.

  • Construir esa autoconfianza que te da estabilidad en los momentos difíciles.

  • Llegar a fin de año con toda la energía y arrancar el 2026 con una determinación nueva.

 

La confianza en uno mismo se construye con pequeños hábitos. Parte de un pensamiento positivo, pero se alimenta con la acción diaria. ¡Dedicarte ese tiempo es clave para fortalecer el cuerpo y la mente!

ENTRENAMIENTO FUNCIONAL PARA SURFISTAS

Nos vemos online todos los días durante 30 min del 15 al 21 de Diciembre, justo antes de las fiestas, para inyectarte de entusiasmo. Sirve si ya venís entrenando (¡para potenciarlo!) o si no estás haciendo nada (¡para motivarte!).

Mi Método combina diferentes técnicas para lograr libertad de movimiento y máximo rendimiento en el surf de esta manera:

Nota: Los encuentros son por ZOOM y las clases serán grabadas y reenviadas a lo largo del día para aquellos que no puedan estar en vivo. Mi recomendación es que, si podés, no te pierdas la posibilidad de hacerla en el momento para contagiarte de la energía del grupo.

Lo más potente de entrenar en casa es que ese tiempo es tuyo. No dependés de horarios de gimnasio, ni del tráfico, ni de nadie. Y como yapa, desarrollás la disciplina que necesitás para lograr todo lo que te propongas.

Preguntas Frecuentes

¿Tengo que ser surfista sí o sí?

¡Para nada! Si surfeás o querés empezar, este Challenge es ideal. Y si no te interesa el surf, pero buscás motivación, un hábito y conocer mejor tu cuerpo, ¡es perfecto para vos igual!

¿Puedo hacerlo si nunca hice ejercicio?

Sí, todos pueden participar. Cada uno hace los ejercicios hasta el máximo de sus capacidades hoy.

Si hago Gym/Funcional/Pilates, ¿tengo que dejarlo esa semana?

No, ¡en absoluto! El Challenge va a potenciar lo que venís haciendo. Es un plus.

¿Qué pasa si tengo una lesión?

Si la lesión es incapacitante, el Challenge no es para vos. Si tenés un dolor crónico, avisame para que te pueda guiar. Si bien mis clases son muy terapéuticas, no soy kinesiologa ni osteópata y este no es el lugar para tratar lesiones.

We will focus on a strong morning routine that will stick for all your days to be lived truly and fully. We love those deep moments that make you feel something, and our retreat is intended for you to feel your mind, body and breath in ways you haven’t before.

The Programm

Our Programm is for all Athletes, Surfers, Yogis of any level, who want to improve their physical condition and performance in and out of the water. Ideal for travelers, digital nomads and surfers seeking that inspiration from a community, a strong bio-hacking wellness program and tools for a lasting routine in their floaty lifestyles and schedules. Designed to maximize your overall fitness level and stamina, our schedule intentionally considers circadian rhythms, healthy habits and surf strain demands to keep you feeling empowered. The flow includes 2 Yoga/Movement/Stretching sessions a day and 3 Surf Coaching sessions/Beginners’ Surf classes over the week. Toia’s approach to movement combines different disciplines to reduce muscle tension, increase range of motion and achieve the right balance of strength and flexibility for greater freedom of movement and fluidity in the surf. The retreat will be guided in English and we are happy to throw some Spanish and Arabic. ;)

The Surf

Our professional surf coach will be guiding “The foundations of surfing progression”: a series of workshops built to provide a broader understanding of the surfers journey. It includes the physical (strength & mobility), mental (cognitive & psychological), and technical (biomechanics & correct movements on the wave) aspects required to become a good surfer. Doing less to achieve more, and doing it safely! Workshop will take place on land and in the swimming pool, including: - theory on surfing skills & mind set development; - surf-movements simulation training; - paddling technique and exploration on in-water training for surfers; - video coaching (based on your performance in the ocean). ELENA SHEVCHUK Certified surf coach Level 2 ISA (International Surfing Association) with over 15 years of experience, her fitness and surfing background helped her develop a customized unique training program that improves following areas : - General physical development; - Specific surfing skills, surf movement patterns allowing better technique; - Understanding of the principles of waves formation in the ocean; and - Tactical and psychological behaivour when surfing. Elena has participated in surfing competitions since 2010. Was a winner and a prize holder in numbers of National championships. Became a member of National Surfing Team in 2015 and 2019. Lena was a co-owner and a head coach at an international surf school in Kuta, Bali between 2014 and 2017. And since 2016 she has taught hundreds of students in a number of surf camps in Hawaii, Bali, Morocco, Sri Lanka, Japan and around Indonesia. At the moment Lena is a head coach and the manager at "Finns Surf Academy" by "Finns Recreational Club" in Bali.

Lulu's has 6 bungalows, a swimming pool, a yoga shala, a plunge pool, a hot pool, café, airy library, and a playful merging of indoor and outdoor common space. Tamara Alwan

Tamara Alwan, of Lebanese origin, was born and raised around the world; living between the U.A.E, Australia, U.S.A, Spain and Bali. In parallel to a conventional corporate career, she obsessed about the unity of the mind, body and soul. She became certified in Theta Healing, RYT 200hrs, and Mental Health First Aid. Tamara dedicated her career to coaching empathy in leaders, creating corporate wellness retreats/workshops, as well as e-commerce for yoga ritual products in the Middle East. She’s travelled 68 countries and explored wellness modalities around the world that she felt inspired to spread. Lulu’s was one of her manifestations of a space that embodied love, music, movement, deep thinking and soulful encounters. @lulus.bali

Toia Scaffino

Victoria Scaffino, aka Toia, was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina and has been passionate about body movement since childhood. She instinctively knew it had a positive impact on her health and wellbeing and gave her great confidence to achieve goals in life. She explored sports gymnastics and jazz and contemporary dance and after discovering Pilates at the age of 26, she completely devoted her life to body movement. She was also very attracted to the ocean, beach life and traveling and slowly made her way towards a life by the sea, surfing and sharing what she loves most. Certified in the PSP Method® (Osteopath and Physiotherapist Lic. Viviana Pereyra), Pilates (Stott Pilates®), Hatha Yoga (Anusara School of Hatha Yoga®), Yin Yoga (Yoga Yin®) and Thai Massage (Escuela Brilo del Sol) and with over 14 years of experience, she developed her own style “ViFit” that fuses all her passions. @alotoia
