YOGA FUSIÓN 2025: Set your Intentions - Multilevel
Starting the year with a lot of FOCUS, aiming to create and write down our intentions for 2025, and our guiding light is AUTHENTICITY. After taking these classes, you'll have: ⚜️ peace of mind, ⚜️ clarity in your goals, and ⚜️ physical and spiritual empowerment. I take you on a path of self-discovery for your body and soul with classes to kick off the day by stretching and strengthening your entire body. Four 45-minute Yoga & Meditation full body classes with a 10 to 15 minutes final meditation. The classes are multi-level and address different topics.
YIN YOGA: Ultimate Relaxation - Multilevel
Yin Yoga is an ideal practice to do in your pajamas when you need a little pampering. 💎 Calms the nervous system 💎 Improves muscle elasticity and joint mobility 💎 Detoxifies the body 💎 Reduces stress The principles of Yin Yoga are stillness and permanence. We are on the floor at all times, sitting or lying down, to allow stretching to occur. NO EFFORT needed. The postures are held for several minutes to give the tissues time to loosen. Body temperature goes down, so it's important to have some layers to stay warm. We also use blankets and pillows to comfort and support us. Classes in this channel are not correlative and are suitable for all levels.

ITALIA: Heart Opening - Intermediate/advanced level
Open your heart with this thoracic spine mobility series. Dedicated to stretching, mobilizing, and strengthening the mid and upper back, this channel: ❤️ Improves posture ❤️ Promotes spine flexibility ❤️ Strengthens the shoulders ❤️ Relaxes the neck and throat We especially practice extensions and inversions. * This series is inspired by my experience in Italy, accompanying my father during his recovery from major head surgery, after a long time without seeing him and a great deal of distance between us. Although I felt a great commitment, I also experienced great resistance, and with that same contradiction, I enjoyed and suffered some of these classes. I hope you, too, will allow yourself to give in and open up.
VINYASA: Elevate your Practice - Intermediate/advanced level
This channel is for you if you want to CHALLENGE YOURSELF💥. This Vinyasa is an intense and complex series that works the entire body with a special focus on TWISTS and SIDE BENDS using postures like vasisthasana (side plank with its different variations). It will take you some time to deepen the postures and, above all, to practice the transitions—which, in my opinion, are the key to any vinyasa—♾. Repeat, repeat, and repeat the classes until you know the sequence by heart. Trust the process and, above all, enjoy it! WE'RE PLAYING! 4 x 30-minute vinyasa classes + 5 x reinforcement classes to condition your body and practice the most difficult postures and transitions.

DESDE INDIA: Reflecting Feelings - Multilevel
Desde India is a series of Yoga and meditation classes recorded during my time in Mumbai. The classes are multilevel and reflect my feelings and experience in this magical country. We dedicate between 10 and 15 minutes to the final meditation.

Yoga in Rishikesh is a continuation of the "Desde India" channel. They are multilevel Yoga and meditation classes where I share my experience and learnings in the world capital of Yoga. There are several classes dedicated to shoulders and arms, there are neck stretches, vinyasas, extensions and inverts. Enjoy!
